Returns

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product you may cancel the contract between us and return your order within 14 days of delivery.

You may return your order only if:

  • ordered jewellery has not been worn or damaged by you,
  • security tags have not been removed or broken,
  • you have contacted us within 14 days of delivery.

To return your order you must contact us by email at ewa@ewasleziona.com
Please be kind to provide us with your name, adress and order number and we will provide you with all return's details (return adress, shipping instruction, return form) and Return Authorization Number. Once you have been issued with your Return Authorization Number you will have 7 days to return your product back to us.
We will not accept returns outside of the time frame.
All orders must be returned to us with Return Authorization Number crearly written on the outside of the package.
Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any goods which do not reach us or have been damaged.

Bespoke Jewellery

Commisions/Bespoke Orders due to their uniqueness cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. We do not refund shipping costs (except returns of damaged products). The import and customs duties or other taxes are always non-refundable.

Non-European Customers - Customs/Taxes

If you have paid import duty for goods you have received and subsequently return the goods to us, you may claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority.  Please contact your local Customs authority for more details or contact us if need advice.

Return of damaged products

If you received your ordered product in imperfect condition or was damaged in shipping, please immediately contact us by email: ewa@ewasleziona.com
We will not be liable for your ordered goods which have been damaged unless you contact us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under the condition described above, we will be obligated to refund you the entire amount paid by you for the goods in question (Customs Duties or other Taxes are non-refundable - Non EU Customers).

Please note, you may claim a refund of import duties from your local Customs authority.

Because of uniqueness of our goods and impossibility of the replacement, the damaged product can be only refunded.

Refund of damaged products

Refunds will be made as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your notification of the problem.
